We make high-power light manufacturable: surface-emitting light sources built on a wafer platform instead of hand-assembled bars. The work is real engineering with a named gating item, not a slide of ambitions: get power density and ramp where they need to be, on tools that already ship. Everything above the light source (energy, defense, space, fusion) waits on this layer.

Founding engineers, at the ground floor.
We're hiring the founding engineers who'll build the source layer from the wafer up: surface-emitter design, thermal, packaging. This is founding-team scope: you set the platform and the standards, you don't inherit them. If you want your work to define a company rather than decorate one, this is the seat.
